The claim is you can lose up to 9 lbs in 11 days; however, your initial weight loss which will probably be quite noticable will be mostly water weight. Nevertheless, if you stick to this program which base is calorie cycling then you can potentially see impressive results.
Basic rundown of the program: - You eat untill your satisfied - Limiting junk food - Drink lots of water - Make your own meals - Manipulate your carb and protein intake - Eat four meals a day
Overall: The program is good, you do not cut out carbs competely so you are less likely to crash and binge. The diet allows for variety and you control the portions and eat untill your full.
However, the diet gets quite boring after a while and sticking with the plan for extended periods of time can be challenging. Hopfully the inital success will give you enough motivation to continue and perhaps further your understanding of nutrition and how the body works.
