 I have heard a lot of rumors about this book and I decided to have a look - to see if it really lived up to the hype. The fact of the matter is this book is everything you need to lose weight and start getting in shape. Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle by Tom Venuto is 340 pages of practical and accurate information. There are no crazy secrets here and you arnt going to need to purchase an elaborate fat loss machine to see resutls. What you will need however is a printer to print out the book because up untill and even after you reach your goal, this book will be your bible.

 

The goal of this book is to help you burn fat, not lose weight. There is a key difference between the two and Tom lets know you know exactly what needs to be done in order to achieve your goal. The beginning of the book explains exactly whats going on, how there are no quick fixes and the importance of dedicating yourself to this program. 

 

Next Tom takes you through the human body and explains the three primary body types and how certain people react differently to different exercise/diet. Tom then follows this by explaining diet, letting you know key foods to eat and what to avoid. Nutrition will be a major part of your success.

 

Following the nutrition section Tom debunks the myths about supplements and informs you about the all the hype and what products will actually help you obtain your goals.

 

Now, in order to succeed you are going to combine weight training and cardio for the most effecient method of losing fat and gaining muscle. This combination along with your diet has success written all over it. 

 

Other than the length of the book, 340 pages, there is really no downside to it. Burn the Fat is packed with everything you need to reach your goals.

 

You know that what you put in is what you get out, this book is the answer. It's not a quick answer however, but it's  the truth.
