Nutrition Tips To Help Lose Belly Fat
So you've made the decision, you want to get rid of that belly. Losing
belly fat is not going to be the easiest thing ever but it won't be the
hardest eather.
Here are some quick tips to keep in mind
- Try to eat 5-6 meals a day
- Always keep a water bottle with you
- Try to get at least 7 hours of sleep a night
- Make meals at home a couple days in advance
Now I realize you're busy and have things to do, in order to make this happen you need to commit yourself.
Yes making making 3 meals to take with you for the next day isn't fun.
It must be done though.
No coffee doesn't count as a breakfast eather. If you need to wake up a few minutes earlier so be it.
