Drink More Water

Drink more water, it's that simple. It's easy to go an entire day without taking a single sip of water. That must change.

Coffee doesn't count. Coffee is a diuretic and because of that, you actually need to drink more water to make up for it.

You should be aiming to drink 1-2 gallons of water a day.  

Besides, the majority of the human body is made up of water, staying hydrated is extremely important.

Drinking water will:

  • Help you lose weight
  • Give you more energy
  • Aid in digestion
  • Keep you sharper mentally

Just to name a few.

The benefits of water are quite apparent. So make the change.

Pick up a water bottle and bring it everywhere you go. Shortly it will become a habit.

Try and cut out all beverages like pop and juice. Water and tea are the ones you want to be drinking.
