Start Losing Belly Fat Now

 

Step 1: Determine An Achievable Goal

Take a moment and evaluate yourself. Where are you at right now? How happy are you with your current situation?

Come up with a realistic goal for yourself. As you will discover, the goal is what will drive you to keep going. Make sure its an obtainable goal.

Realisitic is the key word here. Do not say to yourself, "I wan't to lose 30 lbs this month". Start small and build your way up.

ex. I will drop 2 lbs a week for the next  4 weeks straight.

Sounds like an acheievable goal doesn't it? Ok. 

 

Step 2: Create A Plan

In order for you to succeed with your new goal you must have a plan.  Not just an exercise plan but a nutrition plan to.

--> check out the nutrition section and put together a diet that works for you.

--> check out the list of ab exercsies and start building a strong core. 

 

Step 3: Put The Plan In Motion

Now that you have:

  • A goal in mind
  • An exercises plan
  • A diet to follow

It's time to put your plan in motion. Start right now unless it is completely out of the question.

Take the goal that you came up with in step 1 and write it down on a piece of paper. Put this piece of paper somewhere you can visually see, like on the fridge.

Keep the goal fresh in your mind and never lose track of it.
