That’s right, in order to start losing body fat you have to reduce your calories.  That means take in less calories than you need to maintain your current body weight.  Now, there are several ways to go about this, instead of cutting out food you could choose to do more exercise.  I personally find doing both provides the best results for losing body fat fast. 

To provide you with an actionable tip that will help you see quick fat loss results I want you to track your calories.  Carry around a little pad of paper with you and make sure you log everything that you eat for the day.  At the end of the day hop online and do a search on the calories of the food you’ve eaten – I am sure you’ll be pleasantly surprised.  Most people don’t have any idea about how many calories they’re actually consuming in a day.  This alone will give you a huge insight into where you stand and what kind of changes you need to make in order to see your overall body fat decrease.

If you want to lose weight quickly like most people do, you’re in for a bit of a shock.  Fast weight loss is not the solution.  It’s a quick fix that often ends up with you being as fat or fatter than you were before.  The good thing is when you have your diet and training program in check you will often lose a substantial amount of weight fairly quick.  If you stick to your plan, you will continue to lose.  Now, it won’t be as dramatic as when you first started but it should be enough to keep you motivated.
